On September 21, 2017 Azimuth performed its first commercial flight on SSJ100 from its base airport in Rostov-on-Don to Moscow, Vnukovo with 100% payload. The Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft with the convertible layout of the passenger cabin for 100 seats carried out the flight. Currently the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) and Azimuth are implementing the leasing agreement for eight Sukhoi Superjet 100 which are to be delivered from 2017 till 2018. The aircraft are delivered with the layout for 100 and 103 seats. The peculiarity of the 100-seat cabin is the technical opportunity to convert the layout so that it could be single-class for 100 seats or two-class for 93 seats depending on the actual needs of the airline. Azimuth is now operating four SSJ100.
